Replatform International Self-Service Websites with portal technology

The project's mission is to re-platform regionally independent Services websites to consolidate fragmented application approaches and position the client to best serve international customers.  Doug Danoff is the lead architect for this international project.  The target platform includes a custom portal engine, security services, internationalized UI elements, business services, static content management, and several databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the technical direction
  • Building international consensus on design approach and major decisions
  • Overseeing all architectural deliverables
  • Identifying resource requirements and selecting team members
  • Coordinating development efforts across several internationally dispersed teams
  • Liaising with regional architecture and business groups
  • Aiding with management communications
  • Design and development
